Main activities
 Contributes in preparing the Release Plan / Program Increment (PI) Plan
 Defines the iteration objectives
 Asses value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned
with product strategy.
 Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
 Coordinates and synchronizes with other Product Owners, part of the same Agile Release Train
 Defines the Defines Definition of Done & Definition of Ready
 Ensure the quality of user stories by validating the user stories


Domain Background
 Aircraft maintenance operations
 Various maintenance checks performed on Aircraft
 Understanding of overall Aircraft maintenance scheduling and planning


Skills required
 Certified Product Owner - Scaled Agile Framework
 Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe / Scrum / Kanban)
 Project management
 Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
 Creative thinker
 Strategic thinking
 Basic exposure to software development competencies.
 Overall understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
 Basic exposure to digital technologies such as – Data Analytics, Machine Learning, AI, IOT & Big Data etc.

Education qualification - BE / B. Tech / M. Tech. / MBA
Experience: 5+ Years
