• Make sure all the suppliers are complied with the requirements Ensure the on-time and on-quality delivery of
commercial quotations
• Meet export control and other Airbus compliance have met
• Defines and monitors key performance indicators to perform controlling during the implementation of maintenance
projects
• Ensures procurement of support & service products and other materials
• Collection of costing and availability data for spare parts and services within Airbus Helicopters Group or from
external supplier
• Preparation of quotations under consideration of required maintenance men-hours and cost for spare parts,
materials, services.
• Explain structure and content of quotations to the support & service sales staff
• Preparation and issuance of purchase orders to the suppliers
• Responsible in monitoring all the orders and follow-up the undelivered spares from suppliers
• Collect data, compute and monitor key performance indicators to perform controlling during the execution phase of
maintenance projects to control if profit is realized as calculated
• Encode all the parts ordered under order monitoring database in order to compute OTD & OTR
• Responsible for suppliers accreditation and renewals
• Collection of all data necessary for Export Control requirements
• Incharge for warranty claim
