Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Procurement Contract Manager (f/m) to join our Procurement Contractual Governance department based in Toulouse France.
You will join a multi-national team of 80 experts dedicated to shaping the Airbus Procurement contractual landscape.
As part of the PYCG team, you will be involved in securing the business environment by delivering best-in-class expertise and negotiation support to allow Airbus to operate in a safe, efficient, and innovative framework.

Your challenges:
- Draft and revise a wide range of procurement templates (Purchasing Agreements, NDAs, Amendments) ensuring they are state-of-the-art and ready-to-use for buyers.
- Liaise with legal and expert departments (Finance, Insurance, Export Control) to ensure compliance with evolving international legislation and Airbus’ ambitions.
- Harmonize and simplify the contractual landscape across all Airbus divisions to increase operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic advice and expert support to Commodity Managers during complex negotiations and specific project implementations (sustainability, IP, digital tools).
- Manage contractual governance projects by defining policies, identifying milestones, and ensuring on-time delivery of new standards.
Your boarding pass:
- Background in Law and/or Purchasing
- 3 to 5 years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex procurement or commercial contracts.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong communication skills in English (fluent), capable of delivering persuasive arguments to top management.
- Analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach to balancing contractual risks and business priorities.
