Responsibilities - your mission:

In order to maintain a coherent, robust and structured Procedural Documentation Referential, the Job holder will be responsible to:
-Ensure the procedural documentation alignment to A1000.1 Directive Requirements for Procedural Referential Documentation and a consistent application in line with:
* M1000.1.1 (Method for Managing Procedural Referential Documentation),
* M1000.1.2 (Method for Managing Procedural Support Documents)
* M1000.1.3 (Method for Writing Effective Procedural Referential Documents)
- Coordinate the Procedural Documentation publication with the different stakeholders (Business, Procedural Document Support, Modelling, Formatting, Translation team)
- Assure quality of any procedural document change received is well addressed by checking:
* Consistency checks on Document request, on document content,
* Consistency of the overall procedural documents architecture
- Prepare Procedural Documentation for workflow validation
- Ensure that the publication lead time is respected

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

Professional experience in quality management
Basic knowledge of quality management methods is a plus (e.g. PPS, 9S, Pareto, Five-Why, Ishikawa, Lesson Learned and Benchmarking etc.)
Good communication and customer-oriented skills
Analytical and systemic mind-set
Reliable, resilient and assertive
Accurate work ethic
Business fluent English (French desirable)
Experience in G Suite
