AUFGABENSTELLUNG

• Aktive Begleitung und Mitwirkung beim Betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagement
  
• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen oder Abbildungen
  
• Verantwortung von Teilprojekten
  
• Recherche Arbeiten
  
• Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen
  
• Unterstützung bei Projekten und Aktionsverfolgung
  
• Teilnahme an Besprechungen
  
• Mitgestaltung von Prozessen
  
• Sie zeichnen sich als Organisationstalent aus und sind kommunikations- und kontaktfähig
  
• Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Eigeninitiative zeichnet Sie aus
  
• Verbindliches Auftreten
  

ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATION (ANFORDERUNGEN/PROFIL)

• gute Kenntnisse in gängiger Bürosoftware insbesondere Tabellenkalkulations- und Präsentationsanwendungen (Googleworkspace, o.ä.)
  
• Deutschkenntnisse: Fließend / Verhandlungssicher
  
• Englischkenntnisse: wünschenswert
  
• Immatrikulationsnachweis notwendig
