Du bist Student (m/w/d) und auf der Suche nach einem Praktikum im Bereich Human Resources? Dann bewirb dich jetzt! Wir freuen uns, wenn Du uns als Praktikant (m/w/d) in Vollzeit mit 35 Stunden pro Woche (Gleitzeit) unterstützt.

Du unterstützt unsere HR Business Partner, Recruiter und HR Advisor unter anderem in den folgenden Bereichen:

• Recruiting, z.B. bei der Organisation und Vorbereitung von Bewerbertagen und Auswahlverfahren
  
• Operativen Aufgaben wie z.B. Erstellung von Änderungsanzeigen
  
• Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter
  
• Bearbeitung von Anträgen und Mitteilungen
  
• Support bei Projektarbeit und Sonderthemen
  

Was Du dafür mitbringst

• Immatrikulation in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang wie Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  
• Selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  
• Freundliches und aufgeschlossenes Auftreten
  
• Freude am Erlernen neuer Tools
  
• Bitte gebe an, ob es sich um ein Pflicht- oder ein freiwilliges Praktikum handelt und den Zeitraum zu dem du zur Verfügung stehst
