Job Summary:**

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Intern to join our team at Airbus Aerostructures S.R.L. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in logistics operations within a leading aerospace manufacturing environment, supporting the efficient flow of materials and products.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Assist in the coordination and monitoring of inbound and outbound material movements.
* Support inventory management activities, including stock checks and data entry.
* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, procurement) to ensure timely material availability.
* Participate in the preparation of logistics documentation (e.g., shipping manifests, delivery notes).
* Contribute to the optimization of logistics processes and identification of potential improvements.
* Assist with data analysis related to logistics performance and efficiency.
* Follow company policies and procedures related to safety and quality control.
* Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the logistics team.

Job Qualifications:**

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Google Office Suite
* Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
* Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Romanian or German is a plus.

Responsabilități ale postului:**

* Asistență în coordonarea și monitorizarea mișcărilor de materiale la intrare și la ieșire marfa.

* Sprijinirea activităților de gestionare a stocurilor, inclusiv verificarea stocurilor și introducerea datelor.

* Participarea la pregătirea documentației logistice (de exemplu, avize de livrare).

* Contribuția la optimizarea proceselor logistice și identificarea potențialelor îmbunătățiri.

* Asistență la analiza datelor legate de performanța și eficiența logistică.

* Respectarea politicilor și procedurilor companiei legate de siguranță și controlul calității.

* Efectuarea altor sarcini ad-hoc, așa cum sunt atribuite de echipa de logistică.

Calificări ale postului:**

* Abilități analitice și de rezolvare a problemelor puternice.

* Abilități excelente de comunicare și interpersonale.

* Cunoștințe avansate ale suitei Google Office / Microsoft Office

* Dorință de învățare și atitudine proactivă.

* Capacitatea de a lucra eficient într-un mediu dinamic și cu ritm rapid.

* Cunoștințele de SAP sau alte sisteme ERP constituie un avantaj.

* Fluența în limba engleză este obligatorie; cunoștințele de limba română sau germană constituie un avantaj.
