Job Description:
The performance management specialist ensures the consolidation, analysis, and communication of logistics performance across sites.
R eporting to the central head of operations, h e/She supports operational excellence by producing reliable KPIs, leading performance rituals, monitoring local performance levels, and providing insights to guide transformation plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
Main responsibilities of the job
Consolidate, calculate, and update logistics KPIs (non-conformity, inbound/outbound flows), ensuring accuracy and availability for all sites
Lead the execution of performance routines, including cadence reviews, governance meetings, and site coordination routines
Ensure the definition of dashboard governance and RACI (in coordination with the Head of Logistics Digital & Processes) to enable reliable daily operational monitoring.
Monitor local warehouse performance, ensuring consistent KPI and analyze operational performance trends, identify gaps or deviations, and propose data-driven insights to support improvement actions
Ensure correct performance documentation, including KPI definitions, calculation rules, reporting calendars, and governance timelines.
Provide performance inputs to transformation plans, including baseline data, impact assessments, and tracking of transformation KPIs
