As a Contract Manager (Responsable de Gestión de Contratos ) you will:

Key responsibilities:

• Manage assigned contracts execution with all the stakeholders to ensure on time, on quality and on cost delivery both for new helicopters and its after sales services (MRO, Training, etc.)
  
• Coordinate and follow execution of tasks and activities with MRO center and Airbus Training Academy.
  
• Ensure complex contracts reporting top management: Status, risks and opportunities, milestones and actions
  
• Manage internal, external and transnational stakeholders including contract reviews with customers.
  
• Coordinate with headquarters to prepare aircraft orders according to the sale contracts.
  
• Prepare final delivery of aircraft including preparation of certificates and related contractual documentation.
  
• Respect the End-to-End offer process within the expected timeframe and in line with Airbus Commercial Policy
  
• Manage assigned offers preparation and build commercial balances for after sale services including maintenance inspections and retrofit.
