Requirements
Completed qualification as an NDT inspector according to EN4179/NAS410 in at least one method (Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, Radiography, Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, or Thermography)
Evidence of experience times per EN4179 per procedure
Professional experience in the area of responsibility, preferably with composite and aluminum materials
Experience with NDT inspections on aircraft (EASA Part-145)
Knowledge of German or English
Willingness to travel
Skills & Responsibilities
EN4179/NAS410 Level 2 Certifications: Carry out non-destructive testing methods such as ultrasonic, eddy current, or radiography for aircraft maintenance (Part-145).
Documentation and Evaluation: Document and evaluate test results accurately to serve as a reliable basis for test reports.
Material Testing Experience: Apply expertise in testing composite and aluminum materials independently and carefully.
Potential transition routes: People from quality assurance or general technical inspection roles may bring transferable mechanical and analytical skills, alongside meeting mandatory NDT certifications.

In the frame of the development of our Quality Innovation Initiative, Testia is looking for an NDT Inspector (m/w/d):
Carrying out non-destructive testing (NDT) in the following test methods for aircraft Maintenance (Part-145):
Ultrasonic Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410
Eddy Current Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410
Radiography Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410
Penetrant Testing Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410
Magnetic particle Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410
Thermography Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410
Documentation and evaluation of test results as a basis for test reports
Your Expertise
Completed qualification as a inspector in non-destructive testing according to EN4179/NAS410 in the procedures, ultrasonic, eddy current, or Radiography testing. At least one of the test methods mentioned is required
Evidence of experience times per EN4179 per procedure required
Professional experience in the area of responsibility, preferably in the destructive testing of composite and aluminum materials
Experience with NDT inspections on aircraft (EASA Part-145)
Systematic, careful and independent way of working
