Job Description:
Purpose/Description:
This position is responsible for pricing and evaluating current and incoming inventories as well as assisting Sales in pushing inventory to customers.
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:
- Engine Evaluation and pricing
- Initiate reports of sold items to identify low stock levels
- Review quote and sales history reporting repair recommendations to Asset Management Identify parts interchangeability for possible upgrade with repair vendors Vendor Evaluation to ensure we are using Vendors we have agreements with, or if no agreement, choose the vendor with the overall best cost, quality and turn time Develop relationships with Vendors to encourage reciprocal business/sales opportunities
- Responsible for entering fixed pricing to all inventory batches
- Responsible for tiering inventory
- Search marketplace for desirable inventory
- Push current inventory to customers through Sales team
- All other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience:
3-5 years experience in an Engine specific asset role
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Working Knowledge of VAS computer system (SAP)
Knowledge of the Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC)
Knowledge of the Industry Requirements
Proven analytical experience
