Master Thesis (d/f/m) within Digitalization Projects and Project Management

Your placement will be in the Site Projects and Performance Improvement team. We are a team of supportive individuals with a multitude of backgrounds. This placement will allow you to easily link into other areas, such as controlling, investment management, data science, production and customer service.

Your tasks and responsibilities

As an integral part of our project management team, you will support the project managers in all areas of day-to-day operations. This includes, among other things:

  • Develop and Support Digitalisation (e.g. SAP-project).
  • Building a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) dashboard based on Skywise or Looker Studio.
  • Creation and maintenance of reports.
  • Improvement of templates and processes.
  • Optimization and Update of Google Sites.
  • Support for audit preparations.
  • Support of Knowledge Management for the different teams.


Desired skills and qualifications

  • Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) in the field of computer science, software development, industrial engineering or similar with an affinity for technical systems.
  • Confident use of G-Suite tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of JIRA and/or Confluence would be a plus.
  • Enjoy working with different people in a goal-oriented and professional manner.
  • You have good communication skills.
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
