In this role, you will get an opportunity to work with different aspects of marketing for a global company and develop yourself into a true marketing professional. We offer you a possibility to get acquainted with a wide portfolio of communications and security related solutions in a fully global and multicultural working environment.

Your work days will be spiced up by an international team with 10 close team members located in Finland, France, Germany, Mexico and UAE. The team you are joining is best described as dynamic, supportive and creative. Marketing as a function at Airbus has a broad cross-sectional view on our products and customers. You will get a front row seat to see the impact our business has for critical actors as authorities and hence on our society.

As a trainee, you will be involved in a wide variety of digital marketing tasks and you will participate in preparing for in-person and digital events together with your team members. As one important part of your tasks, you will work on web pages, texts and images using HubSpot and other marketing tools.

Different marketing related activities on and offline will also be part of your tasks (example a portfolio material updates and renewals). Creating interesting and impressive presentations about complex solutions is also part of the trainee’s duties.

The duration of this trainee period is until the end of 2026 and will start as soon as possible, preferably already during February or March 2026. The position is part-time (preferably 4 days a week) during the school months and full-time from May to August/September.

Who do we see working in this trainee position?

Our trainee program is aimed at those currently pursuing their studies at university or university of applied sciences. You should be studying marketing or business administration and advanced studies (3-4 years) are seen as an advantage.

To succeed in this position, which is fully global, we expect you to have capability to process information into presentations and other content with a marketing mindset. Good writing skills in English are required, other languages (such as French, German and/or Finnish) are seen as an advantage. Skills related to visual content are valued, like for visualization of complex solutions, editing of photos and videos.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools or Google Workspace is required and experience with HubSpot and Drupal CMS and marketing automation is an advantage as is experience with Adobe CC tool.
