1. Goodies Strategy Development:
- Research and analyze industry trends for promotional merchandise (e.g., branded apparel, model aircraft, tech gadgets).
- Assist in selecting cost-effective, high-impact items aligned with brand identity and target audiences (pilots, airlines, enthusiasts).
- Coordinate with vendors for samples, pricing, and timelines.
2. Demo Flight Planning Support:
- Assist in organizing logistics for demo flights (scheduling, location scouting, stakeholder communication).
- Help create pre- and post-flight marketing materials (e.g., invitations, follow-up emails, social media content).
3. Airshow Preparation:
- Support the coordination of booth setups, signage, and branded collateral.
- Assist in managing giveaways/swag inventory and tracking engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless event execution.
4. Administrative & Creative Tasks:
- Maintain databases for contacts, vendors, and budgets.
- Draft copy for promotional campaigns or social media.
- Participate in post-event debriefs to evaluate success.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Aviation Management, Business, or related field
- Interest in aviation and familiarity with industry trends (e.g., airshows, pilot gear).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic design skills a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
