Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Maintenance Information System Product Manager (M/F) to join our Connected Services department based in Marignane, France.

As part of the military project team dedicated to the State customers in France and worldwide (mainly Ministries of Defence and Ministries of Interior), you will be responsible for defining and implementing the product strategy related to the Maintenance Information System (MIS).

You will also act as a contract manager for the major internal and external MIS projects having a key impact on this strategy.

Your challenges:

You will have to:

- Analyze the internal and external business needs to define a coherent and realistic MIS vision/strategy, taking into account technical, planning, financial, organizational, risks and opportunities issues,

- Implement this vision/strategy by setting up an efficient internal transverse organization as well as some key external partnerships (make or buy decisions, negociations with MIS editors and various subcontractors). You will be the main focal point for both internal and external stakeholders regarding MIS subjects,

- Personally supervise the major and most-risky MIS projects and contracts, from the framing/offer stage to the realization stage.

This role will involve some travels for business worldwide and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Your profile:

- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in project/contract management in the field of information systems, with direct interactions with customers and partners,

- Adequate knowledge of the Maintenance Information System ecosystem (business and technical issues, main software editors) and capacity to define a product roadmap and strategy,

- A good knowledge of aeronautical industry and/or military environments is an advantage.

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
