Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Maintenance Information System Delivery Manager (M/F) to join our Connected Services department based in Marignane, France.
As part of the military project team dedicated to the State customers in France and worldwide (mainly Ministries of Defence and Ministries of Interior), you will be responsible - from the bidding stage to the contract stage - for implementing a Maintenance Information System in customers IT infrastructures.
Other activities related to the implementation of the full range of Connected Services could be added to this position.

Your challenges:
At the bidding stage, you will have to:
- Analyze the customer needs and provide the bidding team with the technical and financial offer related to the implementation of the Maintenance Information System,
- Support the sales manager in front of the customer when necessary.
At the contract stage, you will have to:
- Act as the focal point of both internal (Airbus teams) and external (customers, subcontractors) stakeholders, for all activities related to the implementation of the Maintenance Information System,
- Perform these activities or coordinate their completion by the internal and external technical specialists,
- Achieve project objectives (on quality, on time, on cost) and ensure customer satisfaction in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations,
- Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt.
This role will involve some travels for business worldwide and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Your profile:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the field of Maintenance Information System, with a strong technical knowledge (use and/or deployment of maintenance software),
- Fluent in French and English (negotiation level),
- A good knowledge of aeronautical industry and/or military environments is an advantage.
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
