Generale

Organizeaza și monitorizeaza toate fluxurile de materiale, inclusiv primirea, stocarea, expedierea și serviciile extinse de materiale. Menține sistemele logistice actualizate prin îmbunătățirea continuă a tuturor sistemelor logistice relevante, instrumentelor logistice și proceselor logistice. Asigura standardul înalt de calitate pentru materialul primit, depozitat și comisionat.

Specifice

Proces E2E: productie/ stocare/ vanzare

Asigura aliniere/ înțelegere/ comunicare in ceea ce privește informatia din sistem (SAP) cu situatia de pe teren; de ex toate gestiunile din SAP si legatura lor cu situatia din teren

Process previzionare vs cerere materie prima & componente

Armonizare stock in/ stoc mediu/ stock out

Limitează scrap materiale obsolete/ perimate in urma colaborării cu celelalte departamente

Stock management - extra stock, stock vechime mare, stoc fara miscare, erori stocare, casare stock

Receptie marfa & suport shopfloor Receptie marfa

Diverse rapoarte si situatii cerute de catre sefii directi specifice functiei

Track and trace transferuri de materiale din si catre clienti externi si interni
