Requirements
Completed degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent.
Long-term structural analysis experience in aircraft construction, preferably in the Airbus SA/LR program.
Signature delegation (DTR/Approver) experience.
Very good knowledge of structural analysis tools like ISAMI and Airbus civil program methods.
Very good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Skills & Responsibilities
Structural Analysis: Ensure safety, airworthiness, and optimization of structural components using tools like ISAMI.
Technical Approval: Review and approve non-conformities, concessions, design query notes, and improvement proposals in SAP.
Team & Supplier Guidance: Provide technical leadership to internal employees and coordinate external engineering suppliers.
Process Optimization: Participate in improvement, MOD, and Design to Cost projects to enhance manufacturing and sustainability.

Gesamtverantwortliche Koordination aller Strukturanalyse-Aktivitäten für Baugruppen einschließlich ihrer Komponenten, die hinsichtlich Gewicht, Kosten, Leistung, Produktions-/Montageanforderungen optimiert sind und gleichzeitig höchste Sicherheit des Produkts durch den Einsatz geeigneter Strukturanalyse-Tools gewährleisten.
Aufgaben
Sicherstellung und Aufrechterhaltung aller Prozesse und Aktivitäten in der Strukturanalyse, die für die Sicherheit und Lufttüchtigkeit der Baugruppen und Komponenten erforderlich sind
Koordination einer koninuierlichen Optimierung der Baugruppen/Komponenten im Hinblick auf technischen Fortschritt, optimierte Fertigung, Kosten und Nachhaltigkeit
Fachliche Führung interner Mitarbeiter im Team und fachliche Anleitung externer Engineering-Zulieferer im Rahmen von Arbeitspaketen
Prüfung und Freigabe von Non-Conformities (NCs) und Concessions in SAP
Sicherstellung aller Strukturanalyse-Aufgaben und -Aktivitäten im gesamten MOD-Prozess, einschließlich der Prüfung von Bauunterlagen und der Erstellung benötigter Nachweise und Zertifizierungsdokumente
Prüfung und Freigabe von Design Query Notes (DQNs) und Verbesserungsvorschlägen (DtV, DtC)
Mitarbeit in Improvement und „Design to Cost“ Projekten
Erstellung von Arbeitspaketen und Work Spezifikationen
Durchführung von Progress Reviews und Monitoring eines Suppliers
Durchführung von Voruntersuchungen und Vorentwicklungen, teilweise mit Zulieferern
Abstimmung von Schnittstellen mit nationalen und internationalen Partnern
Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossenes Studium (Ingenieurwesen / Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik) oder auf anderem Wege erworbene vergleichbare Qualifikation
Langjährige Strukturanalyse-Erfahrung im Flugzeugbau (Struktur und Sekundärstruktur), bevorzugt im Airbus SA/LR Programm
Unterschriftsdelegation (DTR/Approver) mit Erfahrung Struktur oder vergleichbare technische Erfahrungen
Mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Struktur-Komponenten, bevorzugt im Airbus SA/LR Programm
Erfahrung in der Beauftragung und Steuerung von Suppliern
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Strukturanalyse-Tools, z. B. ISAMI
Kenntnisse von Airbus Methoden und Prozessen im Bereich Airbus Zivilprogramme
Erfahrung in Programmierung und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen wünschenswert
Teamfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
Fähigkeit, Themen und Aufgaben in multifunktionalen Teams zu koordinieren
Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Englisch in Wort und Schrift
