As an experienced SAP S/4HANA Sales Lead with over 8 to 10 years of SAP expertise, including strong hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA should understand AIRBUS business Processes and SAP landscape . The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end S/4HANA Sales transformations, manage client engagements, drive solution design, and lead cross-functional teams across global implementations.
The candidate should have a deep business process understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), pricing, billing, credit management, and integration with Finance, MM, and logistics modules within S/4HANA.
The candidate will join the spares & services team providing digital solutions to manage business processes throughout the Airbus group wide. As such, he/she needs to have a strong customer focus.
The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team.
Qualif ication & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with 8-10years of experience in SAP functional area with at least 2-3Implementations projects.
- SAP certification in S/4HANA Sales or SD preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Order-to-Cash (OTC)
- Pricing, Billing, Output Management
- Credit Management
- Intercompany & Cross-company processes, MTO, MTS
- EDI/IDoc integration
- Order-to-Cash (OTC)
- Experience with Fiori apps and S/4HANA embedded analytics.(Mandatory)
- Understanding of SAP Activate methodology, Experience working in Agile
- Extensive hands-on configuration experience in SAP SD.
- Experience in migration from ECC to S/4HANA preferred.
- Possess strong communication skills for managing stakeholders and daily customer interactions.
- Good understanding of SAP ERP, functional and/or technical SAP application knowledge.
- Knowledge of industry trends, business strategies, and SAP’s strategy and service portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall engagement management including customer Interface, team motivation, and timely delivery.
- Act as the Business Single Point of Contact.
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Sales (SD) implementation and support projects. Define a solution roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Provide thought leadership in S/4HANA Sales transformation programs. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Design and configure Sales & Distribution processes in S/4HANA. Lead workshops for requirement gathering and process re-engineering.
- Drive fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices. Oversee integration with FI, MM, PP, and third-party systems.
- Manage full project lifecycle (Blueprint, Realization, Testing, Go-Live, Hypercare). Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Engage with senior business stakeholders. Translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
- Provide solution demos and presentations to leadership teams.
