Role Description :

  • As a process owner, you will be the person solely responsible for owning a process. You are accountable for designing an effective and efficient process, using the right people and technical resources to run the process, and delivering quality outcomes as required within our organization.
  • You will be responsible for the End to End process workflow , from definition till implementation.
  • You will be accountable and in charge of transversal support activities for various business-critical topics (support, Design, Validation) with the aim of supporting our global processes according to the priority of our ESM Services.

Qualification

  • Educated 5-year degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology
  • > 5+ years’ experience in this role or equivalent.
  • Expert Knowledge of ESM and its specific processes will be required.
  • Should be experienced in ITSM Tools; specially on the Servicenow tool.
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Is able to make his ideas heard. Take risks based decisions.
  • Is able to Influence and impact - ability to identify key stakeholders to engage, challenge them and get their buy in.
  • Must possess the capacity to articulate his ideas clearly. Take a risk-based decision.
  • The ability to identify key stakeholders, engage with them, challenge them, and secure their buy-in is crucial.
  • You should have a strong desire to develop and assist others in their growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, Build , enable, Implement and monitor our process item (not restricted to ITSM only)
  • Ensure for driving process governance at the Airbus Group level and worldwide, including alignment with AH, ADS, and roofs.
  • With the help of TREs, understand and support the operational challenges across domains.
  • Define, publish, and maintain documentation (including user guides, training materials, etc.), standards (manuals), operational guides, and best practices for the process.
  • Define, assess, and follow the implementation of new features or continuous improvement requirements in ESM tooling (ServiceNow) for the process based on value.
  • On demand or proactively, drive cultural change in the process (awareness, guidance, etc.) to ensure best adoption (including alignment with TRE or other POs if needed).
  • Define and monitor our process adoption, our KPI’s and efficiency through reports & Dashboards.
  • Identify and propose improvements to the process's effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular reviews and exchanges about improvements.
  • Enable or secure operational efficiency (e.g., production incidents in the process, regular operational meetings as CAB, etc.)
  • Be curious and Keep yourself informed about the tool and its standards. Avoid becoming a technical expert during the same process.
  • Analyze the impact of other major projects (upgrades, major changes, etc.) on the process and adapt if needed.
  • Ensure to work in collaboration with other process owners on transversal subjects, to support on any business critical topic.
  • This job requires from you constant awareness of the compliance risks we face in day-to-day responsibilities.

  • Guarantee the quality & deliverables requested to your activities and with stakeholders (reportings, actions plans, capacity planning, dashboards, UAT, Improvement cycles, EIS)
  • Deliver regularly and on demand : progress, risks, alerts Reports


Measures of success and outputs

The role will be measured by the following business measures:

  • Process adoption

  • Process efficiency

  • Business value is particularly focused on benefits and cost savings.

  • Customer’s Survey / CSAT results

  • Reportings & dashboards

  • Regularly (monthly/quarterly/yearly) the process adoption rate increases.

  • Identify and propose automation actions / Continuous improvement plans in order to optimize the process.

  • Level of good communication skills and exchanges with our stakeholders & feedbacks


The role will have the following key outputs:

  • Propose efficient implementation of features (simple and quick) according to ServiceNow platform (out of the box)
  • Identify and propose new features and technology to anticipate and support business strategy
  • A comprehensive and world class software capability on ServiceNow platform including ways of working, tools and center of excellence
