Senior Projektleiter*in (d/m/w)
für komplexe Entwicklungsprojekte von innovativen opto-elektronischen Produkten für internationale Raumfahrtanwendungen.
Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
• Ganzheitliche Führung von komplexen Entwicklungsprojekten: von der Vertragsanbahnung, über die Projektabwicklung bis hin zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss
• Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Einhaltung der Budget-, Zeit- und Ressourcenplanung sowie das proaktive Einleiten von geeigneten Korrekturmaßnahmen im Falle von Abweichungen
• Leitung von interdisziplinären Projektteams mit Schnittstellenfunktionen zu Entwicklung, Fertigung und Test
• Aktives Risiko- und Changemanagement in Ihren Projekten
• Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Koordination der Kundenkommunikation, dazu gehört u.a. regelmäßige Präsentation der programmatischen und technischen Ergebnisse, aktive Steuerung der Erwartungen von Kunden und Stakeholdern sowie Verhandlung von Vertragsänderungen
• Kontinuierliches Tracking der Kennzahlen sowie Reporting an unser Management
• Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern, Partnern und Lieferanten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Fachabteilungen
Ihr Profil:
• abgeschlossenes Studium in einer Natur- oder Ingenieurwissenschaft, bzw. einer anderen tätigkeitsrelevanten Studienrichtung
• Langjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit anspruchsvollen technischen Inhalten
• Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden
• Kenntnisse von agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden wie SCRUM und SPRINT, Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z.B. PMP) von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine systematische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationstalent
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
