Airbus is looking for a ITOPS Lead - Analytics & Data Product to join the Bangalore, India location.

ITOPS Lead - Analytics will be performing roles and responsibilities of IT Operations Manager(ITOPS) in ERP CoE Logistics and Planning Team , which is based out of Bangalore. Success of this position will require strong international collaboration with global Airbus teams.

ERP CoE Logistics and Planning is responsible for providing digital applications to the operators in the Production, Warehouse and Transport Distribution business functions. Consequently, the Analytics and Data Product Team provides Analytics Applications & Structured Data for Airbus Supply Chain & Logistics . .

Our vision is to support Data Transparency at all points of the Industrial Supply Chain, with accurate data thus facilitating decision-making and improving performance.

Qualification & Experience:

As an expert SAP Native HANA/ SAP ABAP/UI5 Specialist, he/she should understand business processes, Data Layer and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and define/suggest best practices and Golden rules for daily operations of Digital Applications. Your area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis, performance improvement and source code auditing.

The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team; using an agile mind-set and methodology.

  • Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in Native HANA Development.
  • Minimum 5 year experience in SAP UI5 Development.
  • Minimum 5 year of experience in SAP ABAP development.
  • Experience in working with code versioning => notes internes Hanastudio , Web IDE, GIT Hub
  • Performance Monitoring on SAP HANA
  • Good Knowledge on HANA Objects ( Table Functions , SQL, CV, Database Procedure, ...)
  • Data visualization (SAC , Qlik...). Knowledge on other Products/Tools on Analytics or Data products (e.g. Skywise, Pyspark,Python, Ontology, Foundry) would be an added advantage.
  • Requires expertise in various areas,e.g.: data compliance and export control, fundamental knowledge of DevOps, Security, Sustainable IT and architecture standards.
  • Basic knowledge of the tech stack used in standalone applications/services.
  • Knowledge of budget acquisition.
  • Managing requirements and understanding the business processes.
  • Understanding the data produced and consumed by the app.
  • Service Management including incident management, maintaining documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Basic knowledge of IT & Business Strategy

Responsibilities:

  • Accountabilities: Manage the applications effectively throughout its lifecycle, maintain business continuity and ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Ensure that the application works according to the specification.
    • This includes managing the application's complexity, understanding its impact on users and processes, and aligning it with business needs.
    • Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus application portfolio
    • Maintains the Analytics Applications in operational condition in line with OLA/SLAs.
    • Defines the Service and Product Lines descriptions, the SLA, OLA contracts and KPIs together with the various involved business domains in agreement with the product manager
    • Monitors, reports and manages the fulfilment of the SLAs
    • Manages actions for mitigation in case of non- fulfillment in agreement with the product manager
    • Manages the maintenance cost allocation together with the business
    • Performs the ITIL based support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management.
    • Involves application management including leading application team, managing stakeholders such as customers, user community, etc.
  • Impacts :
    • Ensure business continuity by maintaining existing applications and understanding the application's impact on users and processes.
    • It impacts the business by ensuring data compliance and export control, preventing business disruption due to unmaintained applications.
