We are looking for a committed professional with strong quality awareness and a high sense of responsibility to join our team as an IT Technology Specialist - IAM (M/F/D) . In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex technical challenges into clear and innovative solutions. You will contribute to shaping future IT strategies and standards by providing deep expertise in emerging technologies and supporting their implementation across the organization.

You will work on projects as a member of the project team to drive major Airbus Defence and Space IT infrastructure projects transnationally involving many actors, technologies, etc. You will join multi functional project teams and learn a variety of standard and Airbus technologies.

Furthermore, you will support the IT Product Manager in maintaining and evolving the Identity Management lifecycle. You will work closely with Product Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Project managers, external service providers, Airbus Security teams and other IT teams.

The teams are distributed across the main Airbus Defence and Space locations in France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom. This vacant position is located in Getafe and includes occasional business travels.

Your main activities and responsibilities:

• Evaluate and demonstrate the value of new technologies to support business case development
  
• Contribute to the definition and update of company guidelines and policies regarding the use of a specific technologies or methodologies
  
• Drives the continuous improvement of the learning and technology framework based on the evolving technology landscape.
  
• Provides expert advice on specific technology and methodology topics.
  
• Monitor technological trends and support teams in adopting relevant solutions within the Airbus Environment.
  
• Guide and support the selection of the appropriate technologies and methodologies.
  
• Identify opportunities to enhance enterprise competitiveness through the application of emerging technologies.
  
• Provide recommendations for buy versus build decisions.
  
• Support mitigation planning in case of non-fulfillment in coordination with the Product Manager.
  

Your qualifications:

• International mindset with the ability to work effectively in a diverse and international environment
  
• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
  
• 8-10 years of proven experience in IAM technologies, including:
  
  • Active Directory: Forests, domains, GPO, DNS, replication, functional levels (Tier level model), FSMO, and Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS).
    
  • PKI & Certificate Management.
    
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM).
    
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
    
  • Single Sign-On and Federation technologies (e.g. PingFederate, AD FS, etc.)
    
  • Identity Management tools (IDM), processes and lifecycle management (e.g. Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), User Management processes (Joiner, mover, leaver processes))
    
  • Microsoft technology / Windows Server administration
    
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security principles, including the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP) and the alignment of IAM strategies with global security standards
    
• Experience in IT infrastructure, project management, IT service delivery management (ITIL4, change and incident management for complex cases)
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including a confident demeanor, persuasiveness and the ability to collaborate effectively with IT management and stakeholders
  
• Structured, solution-oriented and goal-driven working style with a strong sense of ownership and integrity
  
• Fluent in Spanish and English
