TRAVEL REQUIRED: Occasional travel within UK and international

LOCATION: Newport, Portsmouth or Stevenage (60% of your working week must be office based)

ABOUT THE ROLE

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

As an IT/Solution Architect, you will be responsible for technology development, integration testing, deployment, and product lifecycle management for Network Security Products. Your contribution will include:

  • Maintaining the lifecycle of network security products such as Firewall, Encryption, DDI, Proxy, and CASB including managing improvements, updates, changes, and obsolescence management of products.
  • Designing and developing state-of-the-art network services.
  • Assuring compliance with all legal and IM security regulations, coordinating closely with the Chief Information Security Officer.
  • Setting the direction for new technologies and creating the best end-customer experience possible.
  • Supervising system backup processing and leading disaster recovery tests


ABOUT YOU

  • Educated in IT or Telecommunications with e xperience in Network - WAN (BGP, OSPF, routing protocols, QoS, Routers communities, VRFs)
  • Experience in Cisco devices (routing and switching) and network and security management platforms
  • Demonstrated ability in process, project management, and communication
