Internship Engineer Air&Thermal Systems (d/f/m)

Start: July 2025
Duration: 1 month

At Air&Thermal System Engineering team we are developing for all aircrafts, the systems required:
- to manage aircraft air and thermal environment
- to achieve best thermal comfort for passengers
- to manage the air quality in cabin
- to power the next generation of aircrafts with hydrogen and fuel cells.
We develop for this purpose Bleed System, Air Generation System, Ventilation Control System & Cabin Pressure Control System but as well as fuel cells, hydrogen conditioning systems, thermal management systems and optical sensing systems.

Your location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

• Support the team by the execution of engineering activities in our teams
  
• Design analysis & simulation
  

Desired skills and qualifications

• Student in Aeronautic Engineer School (Bachelor preparation level).
  
• You are passionate about the aeronautic field and want to learn more and gain practical experience about Engineering activities.
  
• You are curious, you are interested in thermodynamics and hydro mechanical systems and you have some basics about CAD software and programming (eg. Python).
  
• Business fluency in English and good German.
