Role Description - your mission

• Coordinate review planning, timelines, responsibilities and write internal reports. This work will be cross processes and cross division,
  
• Performing 2nd line testing in accounting and consolidation department, evaluating compliance with the existing policies and procedures
  
• Reporting risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified through the 2nd line testing and providing recommendations for improving the accounting and consolidation department operations.
  
• Engaging in continuous education and staff development on best practices .
  
• Reviewing responses to internal and external audit management letters queries to ensure recommendations are implemented and all actions resolved.
  
• Supporting the monitoring and progress of action plans related to internal control recommendations coming from 2nd line of testing or from internal or external audits.
  
• Providing inputs for regular high-level management meetings
  

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

• Educated to a Master degree level in Finance/Management/Business school (or related discipline).
  
• At least 3 years’ experience in internal control / internal audit in an international company or experience in an audit firm.
  
• Good technical understanding of business processes and internal accounting and financial control requirements
  
• Analytical thinking and ability to synthesize.
  
• Work autonomously and proactive behavior.
  
• Negotiation level of English.
