The HR Intern mainly supports and coordinates the HR Department’ operational activities:
Maintain and update HR related materials archiving and HR databases accurately.
Participate in HR projects such as digitalization initiatives, etc.
Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement events.
Help prepare and update HR reports, presentations, and communication materials.
Support HR internal meeting organization and related administrative work.
Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Assist in HR daily operation topic(Recruiting, Staffing, Training and other related topics);
Assist in HR document preparation, translation and related documents’ archiving
Participate in daily HR affairs and support other administrative tasks assigned
Assist with employee communications, and the planning and implementation of employee related sessions;
Assist in training management and time management checking;
QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or above, preferred in a management-related field such as Human Resources, Administrative Management, English majors;
LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and oral speaking;
KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: Strong sense of responsibility and discipline, recognize Airbus enterprise culture;
ABILITIES:
- Methodical and organized;
- Aware of confidentiality for specific HR topics;
- Team spirit;
- Responsiveness, flexibility and adaptability;
- Negotiation skills;
- Excellent Word, Excel, PPT and other office software skills.
TRAITS: Strong sense of responsibility and learning ability, positive working attitude, meticulous and patient.
