This position aims to serve Industrial for administration.
ACCOUNTABILITY
The Intern mainly supports and coordinates the Industrial Department and each of the function
teams’ operational activities:
• Coordinate the Industrial department’s agenda, including meeting, visit etc.
• Coordinate each business unit under Industrial for inter-communication, cooperation and
feedback information collection and follow-up.
• SupportIndustrial MFT/department/Airbus China/Headquarter task force coordination.
• Join operation/department meeting, summarizing the MoM.
• Other related tasks assigned by operation.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.
QUALIFICATION
1. EDUCATION: with bachelor degree.
2. EXPERIENCE: N/A.
3. CERTIFICATION: N/A
4. LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and oral speaking, proficient in German or
French is a plus.
5. KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: Strong sense of responsibility and discipline,
recognize Airbus enterprise culture,Good at PowerPoint and Excel is a plus
6. ABILITIES:The Coachable, observable and measurable skills and competencies critical
to the successful performance of the job
