Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Flight Instructors (Ground Instructor, Synthetic Flight Instructors, Type Rating Instructor/ Examiners) Training profile
- Create and manage ATO Instructors folders and maintain/ update their profile (competencies, qualifications- initial, renewal, revalidation, training, relevant forms, passport, license, medical etc.) in accordance with Airbus procedures
- Update Instructor competencies in MyTeam and dedicate shared folders according their training path and related follow up forms
- Electronic & paper archiving data of all trainings and checks and in My Team and on proper server
- Provide a 12 month sliding training forecast for Instructors
- Support Instructor competency Manager with day to day tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
- Should be fluent in English with excellent computer skills
- Should be able to take initiatives and work under pressure
- Should be a team player and have a proactive approach with colleagues
- Should be able to work in a multicultural environment
- Shall have a fair knowledge of the regulatory needs of the business
