Job Description:

An opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer has arisen within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid).

The selected candidate will join the Maintenance Engineering Team. Our department is in charge of ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our Industrial means (robots, machines, jigs and tools). The team is multidisciplinary and highly collaborative, working in direct contact with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers to tackle key challenges in reliability, process optimization, and preventative planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The main tasks of the jobholder will be:

• Develop and implement maintainability and maintenance strategies for Industrial means.
  
• Conduct maintenance engineering activities, including failure analysis, reliability studies, and preventative maintenance planning.
  
• Manage relationships with internal customers ensuring support in panels, routines and full collaboration with production and support funtions.
  
• Manage relations with xternal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient maintenance operations.
  
• Oversee supplier management activities related to maintenance services and parts.
  
• Identify and implement improvements to maintenance processes and procedures to optimize efficiency.
