Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Industrial Modeling and Demonstration Focal Point (f/m) to join our Industrial Architects organization based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team of highly motivated people whose purpose is to conceive solutions that will increase performance in the future. In the context of the Future project, you will bring your experience in the development of complex industrial models to help define the next generation of industrial systems and derisk future programs.

Your challenges:

  • Deliver the necessary FEM and Multi-Body simulations to derisk future aircraft critical activities using realistic behavior models.
  • Perform and interpret feasibility assessments of critical process steps and key process parameters.
  • Secure physical demonstrators and ensure their specifications match the objectives of the derisking activities.
  • Act as the central focal point connecting demonstration architects with assembly and robotics specialists.
  • Contribute to the FU.IS.04 industrial maturation process and prepare the capabilities dossier in collaboration with Industrial Architects.
  • Collaborate with project partners, including the French DGAC CORAC, and support Call for Tenders.


Your boarding pass:

  • Experience in 3DExperience (3Dx) and FEM product or industrial definition, with the ability to understand product design and connecting jigs.
  • Proven background in Manufacturing Engineering , Project Management (TRL/MRL), or industrial transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Final Assembly Line (FAL) operations and assembly sequences (wing to fuselage, keel beam, etc.).
  • A background in R&T / R&D or Design Office environments is a significant plus.
  • Soft skills: Reliability, transparency, eagerness to learn, and the ability to handle complex, changing environments.
  • Language skills: Negotiation level in English . French and/or German would be an asset.
