Job Description

Job Description:

  • Perform L3 and above corrective & preventive maintenance of industrial assets respecting all applicable HSE rules
  • Supervise maintenance of complex systems (automation, electrics,...)
  • Specialist in his/her area of expertise: technology, machines, etc...
  • Perform troubleshooting for systems and machines, root-cause analysis and suitable solution implementation
  • Give data input to support the Life Cycle analysis by the Industrial asset manager
  • Contribute to maintainability analysis (PARETO, Costs, RCM, ...)
  • Receive the daily work orders for preventive & corrective maintenance activities, and prioritize them according to production priorities
  • Schedule preventive maintenance tasks with the production calendar
  • Schedule statutory inspections on machines
  • Give team forces competences required for specific interventions requiring specific or legal competences/authorizations
  • If Spare parts is a MAKE activity: Perform stock analysis for spare parts
  • If Spare parts is a MAKE activity : Order Spare parts
  • Improve technical availability of industrial assets
  • Fit to MTTR business objective for L3 and above Maintenance activities
  • Perform Work Order (WO) and close WO in the CMMS
  • Updated data in CMMS
  • Provide diagnostic feedback to the supervisor/ maintenance engineers/ IAM
  • Supervision of industrial maintenance operator on complex system maintenance activities

Key deliverables for the maintenance planner

  • Schedule of Preventive maintenance tasks according to the maintenance plan
  • Ensure spare parts availability & legal requirements
  • Facilitate the presentation of assets for statutory inspections to allow them to be performed on-time

Based on the maintenance objectives, the mission of the maintenance technician consists in the independent execution of level 3 and above maintenance tasks, paying attention to:

  • ensure the safety, health and environmental protection rules are applied
  • ensure that Airbus internal rules and external/official regulations concerning assets are followed
  • ensure the availability of materials, tools and equipment necessary for the execution of maintenance tasks
  • use and ensure the IACS (industrial automation and control systems)

Maintenance Planner

Ensure the spare parts availability.

Manage preventive and corrective work orders (closing...) in consideration with production priorities & resources availability.

Align maintenance plans with production planning.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
