Position Title: Industrial Machine Maintenance Manager

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team at the Airbus factory in Cádiz. The successful candidate will be responsible for the industrial maintenance of all assets, ensuring key maintenance KPIs such as Technical Availability, MTBF, and MTTR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
  
• Perform predictive maintenance.
  
• Manage and maintain cybersecurity on machines.
  
• Collaborate with Engineering on new machine acquisitions and modifications, including creating technical specifications and evaluating proposals.
  
• Oversee Health & Safety (H&S) on machines.
  
• Manage projects , machine spare parts , and parts/machine obsolescence.
  

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience: At least 5 years of total experience in industrial maintenance.
  
• Technical Support: Expertise in Level 4 machine breakdown assistance and autonomous management of failures.
  
• Programming & Systems: Proficiency in programming and commissioning installations , advanced knowledge of SAP PM, and demonstrable experience with ABB, KUKA, and FANUC robots.
  
• Cybersecurity & IT: Experience with industrial network machine connectivity, implementing cybersecurity tools for machine protection, and managing remote access systems.
  
• Electrical Maintenance: Ability to create electrical diagrams using Eplan, perform electrical panel work, and design electrical installations.
  

Desirable Skills

• Experience with international projects.
  
• B1 level of English.
  
• Experience with the following applications and languages: TIA PORTAL, STEP7, VERSIONDOG, EPLAN, SCADA, ACRONIS, CNC, PLCS, FANUC, ICSP, WALLIX, KUKA, Labview, RSLogix, and SAP.
