Join our team of HRBP's who work closely with business leaders across the Broughton Plant. We support a variety of business and function areas while driving our People Strategy. We're looking for two interns, to work in two different positions within HR, who are eager to learn about HR including generalist activities and projects.

For the first role, you will have the opportunity to work within our Broughton HR team, learning about our key people initiatives and collaborating with the business to drive performance and change. For our second role, you will be working within our Broughton HR Business Partner team, learning about our key people initiatives and working with the business to drive performance and change. You'll be involved in projects and will also assist with daily HR tasks, ranging from Inclusion and Diversity to Sickness Absence Management. We are a diverse and inclusive team that values different ways of thinking and working to solve problems and drive improvements across the organisation.
