The Broughton based Industrial Academy, develops and delivers world class training for our customers in Operations. We take great pride in our ability to coach and up-skill colleagues whether they are already experienced or new to the business; ultimately enabling them to build the world’s finest Wings!

You’ll be working with a passionate and highly motivated team who have a wealth of knowledge covering production processes, lean tools/systems, manufacturing engineering and planning/logistics. Additionally, we work closely with teams based in France, Germany, Spain and the US; you’ll get the opportunity to work collaboratively with these colleagues too. We’re an open, trusting team where both fun and accountability matter.
