Job Description:

The Authorisation Team supports the HR functions by providing on-demand access to different HR systems, in accordance with three main principles: Need to Know Principle, Segregation of Duty and GDPR compliance.

Your responsibilities will be :

  • Ensure Need to Know Principle, Segregation of Duties and GDPR compliance for all requests.
  • Ensure compliance with Airbus procedures.
  • Answer support requests related to authorisation management and provision needed accesses in the HR systems, as soon as all prerequisites are met
  • Conducting impact analysis for Business Transformation projects and mitigating identified risks, ensuring project timelines are followed and customer expectations met
  • Create/update standard operating procedures and other relevant documentation.
  • Contribute to identifying improvement opportunities

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Strong team spirit, open and able to communicate and work fully remotely with team based on different locations and out of hierarchical mindset (trust-based setup)
  • Rigorous and autonomous way of working and being able to react/adapt to the situations
  • Continuous Improvement mindset
  • Negotiation level of English
  • Knowledge in SAP HR and/or Workday is a plus
  • Experience in Google Workspace tools is a plus (Intermediate)
  • Knowledge and experience in Google AppSheet/Apps Script is a plus
