NAVBLUE is a leading services company, wholly owned by Airbus, dedicated to Flight Operations solutions and services for airlines and aircraft operators, on the ground and onboard. NAVBLUE combines aircraft manufacturer expertise, flight operations know-how and agile development to enhance operational efficiency, optimize resources and increase productivity, for a safe and sustainable aviation.

This role is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between theory and practice. You will work alongside HR experts in a global setting, mastering your skills from 'hard' HR to 'soft' HR processes . If you are ready to learn by doing, this is the perfect place to start .

Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing support for the local HR Team in daily administrative tasks (e.g. maintaining employee files and ensuring they are up to date)
  • Supporting recruitment & selection processes (scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars between candidates and hiring managers)
  • Collaborating with an international team and supporting operational activities (e.g. supporting employer branding initiatives)
  • Assistance in preparing onboarding for new employees (e.g. preparing welcome packs and onboarding materials for new hires)

Must Haves:

  • Being a student in the final years of university studies (preferred fields of studies: Administration, Psychology, Business management)
  • Being available for a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Strong communication in English, min. B2 level (our internal communication is conducted in English, so you need to feel confident with using the language)
  • Genuine interest in HR and motivation to take independent initiative
  • Enjoying building relationships and valuing collaboration in an international environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidentiality

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with Google Workspace
