As part of Airbus Helicopters’ new logistics organization, the head of operations Spain is accountable of the End-to-End Logistics Operations of Airbus Helicopters in Spain with the

objective to continuously drive operational excellence, to meet internal & external customer needs and to achieve benchmark competitiveness of Airbus Helicopters Global Logistics set up.

He drives End-to-End performance in performance monitoring and improvement & customer’s Satisfaction.

He develops the competence of the team towards logistics encompassing the implementation of proven and innovative logistics solutions.

The 1st 3 years of the job will be focusing on the entry into service of the Albacete Hub, which is a strategic pillar of the company's growth. 3 phases : preparation fo the entry into service, start and ramp-up of activities and serial stabilisation.

Scope of activities:

  • Main logistics platforms in Spain : Alabacete, Chinchilla, Almensa.
  • Logistics services provider (LSP) management.
  • LSP contract of 20M€ per year
  • Service to all internal customers: Final Assembly Lines, Flight Lines, Centers of Excellence, Support and Services.
  • Shipments WorldWide.
