In line with the Airbus leadership model, manage direct team(s).
Engage, develop and motivate the direct team(s), within Airbus Values using the HR processes & development tools.

Secure the business at short/mid/long term, contributing to increase Airbus profitability.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
The jobholder will be accountable for following objectives within Systems In-service Engineering (IIESY) perimeter for 1SYP ( Propulsion, Fuel Air & Nacelle Systems):
To handle Techno-managerial operations in his/her perimeter:
1) Contribute to technical deliverables as an autonomous In-service engineer
2) Collaborate with regional Customer Services teams to support the customers in the South Asia region
3) Ensure adequate resource planning
4) Ensure right loading of the team members
5) Ensure autonomy of each team member as needed to deliver current and future commitments
RESPONSIBILITIES
The jobholder will be responsible for following items:
• Align with HOD to achieve yearly business target for the group
• Reporting of activities in his/her perimeter to HOD and counterparts, e.g. effort estimation, budget situation, resource utilization, invoicing, cost optimization, risks, opportunities etc.
• Contribute in realization of new business opportunities in his/her perimeter
• Build and maintain healthy relationship with all stakeholders including customers
• Implement and promote a collaborative culture among team members to foster creativity and innovation
• Contribute in implementation of company policies, follow and ensure E&C compliance
• Define the means to deliver agreed targets
• Drive in annual interview and provide continuous feedback to team members and align available opportunities with individual aspirations
• Contribute in implementation of Airbus India Engineering (& In-Service Department) vision in his/her perimeter
• Adequate communication in both direction of hierarchy
• Identify and mitigate day to day operational risks and escalations
• Ensuring the development of team members towards complete autonomy
DIMENSIONS/CONSTRAINTS
• The job requires sound knowledge of In-service activities and Powerplant Systems (Engines, APU, Fuel, Bleed & Air and Nacelle Systems).
• The job requires critical and quick decision-making capability, skills for synthesis and ability to communicate in a strong multi-cultural environment.
• The job requires to travels across the globe (often Europe), as necessary related to business needs.
• The job holder will need to work in flexible manner as per the business needs.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
