Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Global Procurement Processes Manager (f/m) to join our Procurement Processes team within the Procurement Governance & Strategy department based in Toulouse, France.

Your challenges:

  • Act as Project Manager / Leader to create state of the art and sustainable processes through the application of project management processes, methods and tools
  • Esure that those processes answer to business needs, comply with internal or external requirements
  • Ensure the overall Airbus Procurement Processes harmonizatio & simplification
  • Support, drive and/or promote the digital transformation related to the End-to-End Procurement Process
  • Work at Cross-Division level with the various Airbus procurement departments worldwide but also Programme, Quality, Operations, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Customer, Support & Services deparments.
  • Drive Business Excellence & Maturity
  • Pioneer the Route to Maturity 4: Lead the journey toward a higher maturity level by - fostering a continuous improvement mindset (including best practices, lessons learned, performance indicators...)
  • Secure Process Governance: Animate the Process Management Team (PMT) and the POM Rep network, ensure that the PMT designs, deploys, and controls processes, serving as the essential "4-eyes" quality assurance function.
  • Enhance Engagement: Reinforce the link between our process and on-the-ground operators, securing the adherence and engagement of the SOURCE team.
  • Lead Quality & Compliance
  • Focal Point for EN9100 Audits: Act as the primary interface for auditors , preparing process operators for the audit journey. You will secure that all actions to resolve audit findings are adequate, in place, and on time.
  • Internal Quality: Serve as the focal point for internal quality audits, ensuring findings are resolved swiftly and effectively.
  • Compliance: , ensuring all requirements are align with the process.
  • Impact & Influence
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) Coordinator, identifying risks and opportunities emerging from the process.
  • Transformation Partnership: Collaborate with process actors and contribute to the company's transformation
  • Broad Stakeholder Engagement: Interact across the SOURCE organization and with crucial internal & external stakeholders


Your boarding pass:

  • Diploma Bac + 5, Master in Management,
  • Experience in Project Management, Procurement Processes, Procurement
  • Knowledge of Project management, Change management & Lean techniques
  • Soft skills : good communication and interpersonal skills, leadership, problem solving, work ethic, time management, teamwork
  • Languages : English, French, German
