Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Personal assistant (F/M) to support the Procurement Propulsion Systems Senior Vice President within Airbus Commercial Aircraft based Toulouse, France.

Your challenges:

  • Working closely with the executive assistant and the Procurement Propulsion Systems management team, as an integral team member of the Propulsion Systems Management team.
  • Managing the calendar for internal and external meetings by handling priorities and organizing everything associated with supporting the meetings (visitors’ badges, coffee breaks, rooms...)
  • Managing administrative tasks: Click'n Buy orders & good receipts (furniture, lunches and coffee breaks, events...), booking of complex overseas travels and follow-up on the expense reports.
  • Drafting and distributing documents dealing with confidential information. Gathering and distributing information towards the team.
  • Organising various events (seminars, team boosters, suppliers’ diners and events, special team events...)
  • Interacting regularly with Executive Committee and Chief Procurement Officer personal assistants, and suppliers’ top management assistants to organise meetings.
  • Being in charge of receiving visitors and being the point of contact for external interlocutors (Engine and Nacelle Manufacturers suppliers, events organizers, representatives of various official organisations).
  • Providing support and being the point of contact for Facility Management topics for the team in the modules where the team stands (around 50 people). Supporting the team well-being by launching appropriate requests and activities.


Your boarding pass:

  • 2 to 3-year degree or equivalent in Management/Administration/Management Support or related field.
  • Significant experience in the personal assistant role. Previous experience within Airbus would be a plus (understanding of the Airbus tools / organisation and established personal and executive assistants’ network).
  • Communication and writing skills. Fluency in written and verbal French and English are mandatory. Other languages would be a plus. Shows assertiveness.
  • Strong professional mind-set and attitude: represent and convey the image and reputation of the Propulsion Procurement team towards internal and external customers/suppliers. High degree of flexibility, adaptability, reliability and loyalty. High confidentiality standards as the jobholder is involved in sensitive and strategic discussions.
  • Strong organisational skills: well-structured, able to work in an autonomous and self-organised manner and to anticipate needs and is solution-oriented.
  • Strong ability for interpersonal relations: shows diplomacy and empathy, is able to influence and interact with others and to create a bond, engages people and demonstrates a permanent team spirit and respect and care for people.
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace.
