Global Logistic Network Manager

The candidate will be resposible for a workpackage of warehouse associated with different clients, with the following tasks:

  • Ensure functional integration of the sites within the Global Loghistics Network
  • Monitor and track the performance of various logistics operators or support staff in the satellite warehouses, ensuring compliance with each contract
  • Validation of reported KPIs and monitor potential deviations in order to implement corrective action plans
  • Monitor inventory management in warehouse
  • Act as gocal point for internal customers to address client-related issues, including priority management and crisis situation, in collaboration with Procurement, Quality, programs and Material Services.
  • Collaborate with the local teams to identify improvements, ensure implementation and escalaterisks and bottlenecks
  • Organize regular meetins and visitis with customers as part of customer services activities
  • Conduct internal audits at the various sites in accordance with internal procedures, as well as short term and long term improvement plans
  • Coordinate the standarization of logistic processes across the different satellite warehouses as much as posible, supporting local teams and participating in logistics decissions and model to be implemented
  • Collaborate on definition of services, projects, and warehouses to offer for new clients
  • Contribute to the correct development of contracts for each ogistic operator together with General Procurement, and participation in possibles new tenders or externsions
  • Support HO Global Logistic Network on area activities
  • Collaboration in imporvements projects of the area

We are looking for candidates with the following experience:

  • Stakeholder management
  • Export Control & Part 145 Knowledge
  • Used to work in challenging environments.
  • Previous experience in Materiel Support topics such as Logistics, Repairs, Suppliers, Regulations will be highly valuable.
  • SAP knowledge and experience on Material Management, Sales Distribution, and or Warehouse Management Modules.
