Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Gestionnaire de Programme - Opérations aériennes et normes de formation pour rejoindre notre organisation Services Clients basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez avec les spécialistes en ingénierie et les pilotes d' Airbus Flight Operations Support .

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Opérations de vol et Formation A220 responsable des procédures de l'équipage navigant et du personnel de cabine pour la sécurité des opérations de l’A220.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant que Gestionnaire de Programme - Opérations aériennes et normes de formation sera d'effectuer le suivi des divers projets en cours au sein de l'équipe, en coordonnant les étapes clés avec les intervenants concernés pour assurer l'aboutissement favorable du dossier.

Vos défis :

• Agir en tant qu'interface principale entre Airbus Canada et Airbus Toulouse ;
  
• Participer à la définition de la feuille de route des livrables ;
  
• Mettre en œuvre et suivre les solutions conformément à la feuille de route définie, en veillant à la réussite du déploiement des livrables ;
  
• Contribuer à la planification annuelle des capacités et du budget dans le cadre de la planification opérationnelle ainsi que le suivi des indicateurs clés de performance ( KPI ) ;
  
• Définir et maintenir la gouvernance, les processus et les modèles d'Airbus Canada applicables à l'ensemble du programme afin de favoriser un alignement maximal en matière d'exécution, de livraison et de rapports ;
  
• Proposer l'optimisation des processus de l'équipe et des procédures et outils associés ;
  
• Assurer la standardisation de l'expérience client de l'A220 en accord avec les autres plateformes d'Airbus ;
  
• Toute autre activité connexe à la discrétion du Gestionnaire.
  

Votre profil :

• Vous détenez un diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent tel que l'ingénierie, la gestion de projet et/ou l'administration des affaires ;
  
• Vous avez au moins cinq (5) ans d'expérience dans la gestion de programmes/projets techniques, de préférence dans un environnement d'avions commerciaux ;
  
• Vous avez une capacité à aligner les parties prenantes interfonctionnelles afin d'atteindre les objectifs stratégiques d'Airbus en matière de formation A220 à l'échelle internationale ;
  
• Vous avez un sens financier ;
  
• Vous avez une forte capacité rédactionnelle (capable de comprendre, d'analyser et de résumer afin d'élaborer des documents écrits logiquement structurés) ;
  
• Vous avez une connaissance technique des aéronefs et des systèmes aéronautiques ;
  
• Vous avez la capacité à assumer votre rôle de manière autonome ;
  
• Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière de présentation ;
  
• Vous avez de solide connaissances de MS Office et de Google Suite ;
  
• Vous avez d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale, tant en français qu'en anglais.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Flight Operations and Training Standards Program Manager to join our Customer Services organization based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work with a team of Airbus Flight Operations engineering specialists and pilots.

You will be part of the A220 Flight Operations and Training team responsible for the flight crew and cabin crew procedures for the safe operations of the A220.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as Flight Operations and Training Standards Program Manager will be to perform the follow up of the various ongoing team projects, orchestrating the milestones with the concerned stakeholder to ensure a successful outcome of the subject.

Your challenges:

• Act as the primary interface between Airbus Canada and Airbus Toulouse;
  
• Participate in the definition of the roadmap for deliverables;
  
• Implement and monitor projects in accordance with the defined roadmap, ensuring the successful deployment of deliverables;
  
• Contribute to the annual capacity and budget planning as part of the operational planning and follow-up of key performance indicators (KPI);
  
• Define and maintain Airbus Canada processes and templates applicable across the program to foster maximum alignment on execution, delivery, and reporting;
  
• Propose optimization of the team processes and associated procedures and tools;
  
• Ensure the standardization of the A220 customer experience in line with other Airbus platforms.
  

Your profile:

• You hold a university degree in a relevant field such as engineering, project management, and/or business administration;
  
• You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in technical program/project management, preferably in a commercial aircraft environment;
  
• You have the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders in order to achieve Airbus’ strategic A220 training goals internationally;
  
• You have strong financial acumen;
  
• You possess excellent writting skills (capable of understanding, analyzing, and summarizing in order to develop logically structured written documents);
  
• You have technical knowledge of aircraft and aircraft systems;
  
• You are able to work independently;
  
• You have excellent presentation skills;
  
• You have strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite;
  
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
