Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un ingénieur industriel pour rejoindre notre équipe “Ingénieur Performance Processus” basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec les équipes autonomes de production et les méthodes.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe “Ingénieur Performance Processus” chargée de définir des standards industriels en lien avec les séquences de travail. Le but étant de se projeter dans le futur et d’identifier les actions pour repousser les limites.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant qu’ingénieur industriel sera d'optimiser les séquences d’assemblage en tenant compte des contraintes industrielles et des projets d'amélioration. Vous serez aussi amené à accompagner l’Équipe Autonome de Production à comprendre ses enjeux opérationnels afin d’améliorer la performance industrielle. L’Ingénieur Performance Processus est le gardien du cycle critique et participe activement à l'amélioration accompagné de plusieurs départements.

Vos défis:

• Préparer et analyser (pour étude , modifications majeures , nouvelle industrialisation, tête de version avion ) des scénarios industriels et proposer les améliorations et gains associés.
  
• Créer et maintenir le PERT en équipe Multi Fonctionnelle
  
• Créer, maintenir et publier les équilibrages
  
• Mesurer la performance :
  
• Capitaliser et maintenir la liste des contraintes poste.
  
• Identifier, les aléas sur station en établir une analyse d’impact (PARETO)
  
• Analyse d’activités sur les postes avions , Chronométrages ciblés.
  
• Propose des plans et roadmap d’améliorations.
  
• Lors des montées en cadences ou changement majeurs de configuration avion ou industrielle, coordonner et s’assurer que les autres fonctions ont compris les impacts et appliquent les actions de correction (Station Readyness)
  

Votre profil:

• Vous avez un diplôme et expérience en Génie Industriel
  
• Vous avez développé vos compétences dans le monde industriel
  
• Vous êtes agile en Français et en Anglais
  
• Vous avez la capacité à vous projeter sur du moyen terme et agir sur des échéances court terme
  
• Vous avez un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse et votre capacité de jugement est robuste.
  
• capacité à dialoguer avec assertivité; à influencer; à s'intégrer dans une/des équipes

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for an industrial engineer to join our Performance Process Engineer team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the autonomous production and methods teams.

You will be part of the “Process Performance Engineer” team, responsible for defining industrial standards related to work sequences. The goal is to project into the future and identify actions to push the boundaries.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as an industrial engineer will be to optimize assembly sequences, taking into account industrial constraints and improvement projects. You will also be responsible for supporting the Autonomous Production Team in understanding its operational challenges in order to improve industrial performance. The Process Performance Engineer is the guardian of the critical cycle and actively participates in its improvement with the help of several involved departments.

Your challenges:

• Prepare and analyze industrial scenarios (for studies, major modifications, new industrialization, and aircraft version development) and propose associated improvements and gains.
  
• Create and maintain the PERT chart as part of a multi-functional team.
  
• Create, maintain, and publish Standard Line Balancing.
  
• Mesure performance:
  
• Capitalize and maintain the list of workstation constraints.
  
• Identify workstation hazards and establish an impact analysis (Pareto analysis).
  
• Analyze activities at aircraft workstations and perform targeted time studies.
  
• Propose improvement plans and roadmaps.
  
• During production ramp-ups or major changes in aircraft or industrial configuration, coordinate and ensure that other functions understand the impacts and implement corrective actions (Station Readyness).
  

Your boarding pass:

• You have a degree and experience in Industrial Engineering.
