As an SAP IBP Consultant, he/she should understand business processes and architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules. Your area of responsibility will extend to designing, implementing, and maintaining the SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) system

The candidate will join the spares & services team providing digital solutions to manage business processes throughout the Airbus group wide. As such, he/she needs to have a strong customer focus.

The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate with 5-6 years of experience in SAP IBP.
  
• Deep knowledge and business process experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) solutions
  
• Subject matter expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, Supply planning, Sales & Operation Planning processes preferably with at least 1 end to end implementation experience with a client facing role.
  
• Functional configuration and design experience with SAP IBP; specifically experience with
  
  • SAP IBP - Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP)
    
  • SAP IBP - Demand Planning
    
  • SAP IBP - Inventory Optimization
    
  • SAP IBP - Response & Supply
    
  • SAP IBP - Demand Driven Replenishment
    
• S4 HANA implementation experience
  
• Should have good understanding of an integrated and end-to-end supply chain planning process with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP solutions
  
• Integration between S/4HANA and IBP using SAP Cloud Integration-Data Services (CI-DS) or Real Time Integration (RTI)
  
• Knowledge and experience with SAP PP, and Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) is an added advantage
  
• Work in collaboration with the team that are assigned to, in functional capacity, adding value to the project and to the final deliverables
  

Responsibilities

• Responsible for configuration of scenarios in SAP IBP and documenting as per project deliverables
  
• Configuration expertise of SAP Integrated Business planning to enable the desired business processes
  
• Provide functional and business process expertise to the project team, resolve SAP IBP related issues
  
• Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
  
• Experience in working with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs
  
• Ensure customer facing for requirement analysis and delivery.
