Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Flight Test Operations Engineer (f/m) to join our Flight & Integration Test Centre department based in Toulouse, France.
You will join the Flight Test Operation Control Center and the Flight Operations Engineering group in charge of research and expertise. You will second the Airline Flight Operations Testing expert in building the technological pillar of activities to drive operational improvements.

Your challenges:
Analyze flight operations and propose improvements through new technology usage, policy guidance, and risk management.
Conduct technology watch (optimization, networking, simulation) and assess usability of business APIs and services.
Build Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Prototypes (MVPs) for flight deck and desktop operational tools.
Act as Business/Product Owner for tooling development following Airbus legacy processes.
Contribute to long-term strategic roadmaps and animate technology dissemination workshops.
