Job Description:

A vacancy for Logistic Export Control Douane Ordonnancement (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse. You will join the Flight test Logistic team in the Flight Test Installation Maintenance and Operations domain in which kindness, transparency, open minded, positivism and solidarity are fundamental values. We need to create a clear and harmonize process to manage Aircraft Equipment/Components and efficient logistics for our ground test benches in order to Boost competitiveness.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to contribute to the Logistic Export Control & customs process :

§ Export control

Ensure operational monitoring and EC disputes + link between our department governance and Flight Test Service:

- Analyzes and signatures of Export Control clearances for shipments (Management of different flows and supports on compliance initiatives)

- Half-yearly report of the technical department Dual-Use Goods Department

- compliance of export operations with group policy in agreement with applicable regulations

- Monitoring and control of shipments in terms of export formalities (Export Control/Customs/

transportation); transnational support

- Classification of test sensors to be integrated into the department database

§ Customs

- Management of Customs’ Non-Conformities (operations, processes and governance)

- Resolution of Customs disputes on the different flows following the regulations and defined Incoterms.

Management of specific customs procedures to optimize the impact of customs duties

Required skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of Logictic processes will be appreciated
  • Knowledge of Export Control
  • Knowledge of Custums
  • Stakeholders management
  • Anticipate & Steer Changes
  • Advanced level of English
  • Compliance of rules of export control and Customs requirement
