Responsibilities:
● Perform ‘Greet and Meet’ activities (attendance of flight transits) at Entry Into
Service (EIS) of a new A/C type within a customer. Transfer technical know-how to Line Maintenance.
● Assist the airline with technical inquiries by identifying, analyzing, and proposing solutions to problems or asking for specific support when needed.
● Respond to airline queries during standby outside working hours in case of aircraft on ground (AOG) and incident inquiries.
● Identify and solve problems while they are small and not emotionally loaded.
● Provide a filtering function both ways to avoid misinterpretations during communication.
● Represent Airbus in front of the airline at all technical levels, Maintenance
Engineering, Flight Operations, Training and Spares.
● Establish and maintain required working relationship with the airline, through
regular visits to all departments of the airline. During these visits, identify problems to be solved and propose solutions or forward to relevant specialist if necessary. Verify that the requests to/by the airline are properly addressed and reflect the real needs, and control that answers are provided to the airlines.
● Maintain proper communication with the FSM and the other members of the
Field Service team on site.
● During EIS phase, relay technical events/snags to Airbus and provide
requested pieces of information to Airbus to improve A/C maturity.
● Maintain proper communication with all Airbus departments (not limited to S). Report to any Airbus departments on all issues that can impact customer
satisfaction or Airbus business.
● Gather data and intelligence for use in all departments of Airbus.
● Assist the FSM in producing the periodic reports.
● Keep up to date with the assigned country’s regulations and restrictions and follow them.
● Follow Airbus recommendations in terms of security.
● Take good care of Airbus or airline’s assets (i.e. office, car, computer, telephone, etc.).
● Guarantee communication between customer and Airbus on durable basis.
● Guarantee a level of support, which will ensure customer satisfaction, safety and profitability, at the best interest of Airbus.
● Contribute to Airbus management understanding of the airline, by providing
reliable and relevant information on the airline that could affect Airbus business.
● Contribute to develop Airbus image by providing the expected support and promoting Airbus products and services.
Qualifications Requirements:
● Bachelor in Engineering, Business or financing
● 5 years in the aerospace and aviation industry including AIRBUS fleet product range of minimum 5 years
● Aircraft spares working experience will be treated as a plus
● Strong presentation skills.
● High flexibility of working place in different city is required.
● Good writing and verbal language skills both in Chinese and English
● Good communication.
