Intégré au Bureau d'Etudes Airbus Helicopters, vous rejoignez le département « Data & HUMS (Health and Usage Monitoring System) ». Regroupant une trentaine de personnes localisées sur le site de Marignane (proximité de Marseille, Bouches du Rhône, France), ce département est en charge de :

• Définir et certifier les systèmes de surveillance (Santé et Usage) de tous les hélicoptères de la gamme Airbus
  
• Collecter et gérer les données enregistrées au cours des vols opérés par les équipes Essais en Vol ou par les clients
  
• Analyser les données collectées afin d'anticiper les défaillances mécaniques afin d’améliorer la sécurité, la disponibilité, la maintenance et la performance de nos appareils
  

Vous rejoindrez l'équipe HMS (Health Monitoring System) composée de spécialistes et d'experts en mécanique et traitement du signal où vous serez en charge de l'analyse des données vibratoires afin d'assurer la surveillance des systèmes mécaniques des hélicoptères.

Vos responsabilités :

Vous serez responsable de la fonction santé d’une gamme hélicoptère Airbus:

• Vous déployez la politique produit définie par les experts du département afin d'améliorer la fonction HMS sur le(s) hélicoptère(s) sur le(s)quel vous êtes affecté
  
• Vous développez la fonction santé en appliquant la logique de développement métier établie et les règles métier.
  
• Vous collaborez avec les différents acteurs du bureau d'étude (Rotor et Transmission, etc...) pour assurer la synchronisation de vos activités et supporter ainsi l’atteinte des jalons projet
  
• Vous assurez la planification de vos propres livrables pour garantir la livraison dans les délais et en qualité et identifiez/escaladez les difficultés techniques et risques potentiels
  
• Vous spécifiez et produisez des documents de certification pour l'implémentation de la fonction HMS sur le(s) hélicoptère(s) en service sur le(s)quel vous êtes affecté
  
• Vous collaborez avec d'autres équipes d'Airbus Helicopters (Support & Services Client, Analyse des Incidents Majeurs, Réception série, etc.) en cas d'événements techniques sur le(s) hélicoptère(s) sur le(s)quel vous êtes affecté en réalisant des analyses vibratoires
  
• Vous contribuez de manière proactive à la démarche d'amélioration continue visant à renforcer l'efficacité du département

Compétences recherchées :

• De formation Bac+5 en ingénierie spécialisé en mécanique, acoustique ou vibration
  
• Vous disposez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans un secteur similaire ou connexe
  
• Compétences en traitement du signal (acoustique ou vibratoire) et maîtrise des outils de traitement du signal (Matlab, LMS, etc.)
  
• Connaissance des ensembles dynamiques est un plus
  
• Esprit d'équipe, solidarité, créativité, persévérance
  
• Compétences linguistiques : anglais et français

As part of the Airbus Helicopters Design Office, you will join the "Data & HUMS (Health and Usage Monitoring System)" department. Composed of approximately thirty people located at the Marignane site (near Marseille, Bouches-du-Rhône, France), this department is responsible for:

• Defining and certifying the monitoring systems (Health and Usage) for all helicopters in the Airbus range
  
• Collecting and managing data recorded during flights operated by the Flight Test teams or by customers
  
• Analyzing the collected data to anticipate events and improve the safety, availability, maintenance, and performance of our aircrafts
  

You will join the HMS (Health Monitoring System) team, composed of specialists and experts in mechanics and signal processing, where you will be responsible for analyzing vibration data to monitor the helicopter's mechanical systems.

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the health function of an Airbus helicopter range:

• You will implement the product policy defined by the department's experts to improve the HMS function
  
• You will develop the health function by applying established business development logic and business rules.
  
• You collaborate with the various stakeholders in the design office (Rotor and Transmission, etc.) to ensure the synchronization of your activities tos support the achievement of project milestones.
  
• You manage your own deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery, and identify/escalate any technical difficulties or risks.
  
• You specify and produce certification documents for the implementation of the HMS function on the in-service helicopter(s) to which you are assigned.
  
• You collaborate with other Airbus Helicopters teams (Customer Support & Services, Major Incident Analysis, Serial Acceptance, etc.) in the event of technical events on the helicopter(s) to which you are assigned by performing vibration analyses.
  
• You proactively contribute to the continuous improvement process aimed at strengthening the department's efficiency.

Required skills:

• Bachelor's degree +5 in engineering specializing in mechanics, acoustics, or vibration
  
• You have at least 3 years' experience in a similar or related field
  
• Skills in signal processing (acoustics or vibration) and proficiency with signal processing tools (Matlab, LMS, etc.)
  
• Knowledge of dynamic assemblies is a plus
  
• Team spirit, solidarity, creativity, and perseverance
  
• Language skills: English and French
