Descrição da vaga: Estágio em Recursos Humanos

Localização: Itajubá - MG

Modalidade: Presencial

Os candidatos a esta vaga de estágio poderão apoiar em atividades como:

  • Organização e limpeza de dados em Google Sheets ou ferramentas automatizadas;
  • Atualização de indicadores periódicos (turnover, headcount, absenteísmo etc) e manutenção de dashboards de RH e EHS;
  • Apoio às análises e atividades de Recursos Humanos solicitadas por HRBPs e lideranças;
  • Automatização de relatórios e otimização de processos;
  • Criação de templates (apresentações, planilhas etc) para visualização de KPIs;
  • Apoio na elaboração de manuais e guias de processos analíticos.


Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Cursando ensino superior em Administração, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Inglês intermediário (será avaliado em entrevista);
  • Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá no mínimo 1 ano;
  • Interesse em aprender e se desenvolver na área de RH;
  • Boa comunicação.

Job description: Human Resources Internship

Location: I tajubá - MG

Type: On-site

Candidates for this internship position will be able to support activities such as:

  • Organizing and cleaning data in Google Sheets or automated tools;
  • Updating periodic indicators (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, etc.) and maintaining HR and EHS dashboards;
  • Support for Human Resources analyses and activities requested by HRBPs and leaders;
  • Automating reports and optimizing processes;
  • Creation of templates (presentations, spreadsheets, etc.) for visualizing KPIs;
  • Support in the preparation of manuals and guides for analytical processes.


Mandatory requirements:

  • Studying higher education in Administration, Information Systems or related areas;
  • Intermediate English (will be assessed at interview);
  • Availability to work as an intern (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for at least 1 year;
  • Interest in learning and developing in the HR area;
  • Good communication skills.
